DEPENDABILITY

2020 - Once again during the Christmas Season, the MZMF remembered the children of fallen Vermont Law Enforcement Officers by giving each of their children (< 18 y.o.a.)  $250  from the ROC Fund (Endowment provided by Ray and Mary Doyle).

The MZMF matched the $250 from ROC, for a grand total of $500 to each child.

Recipients included the children of:

  • Deputy Sergeant Jason Allen, Rutland County Sheriff’s Department
  • Trooper Kyle Young, Vermont State Police
  • Corporal Dan Marcellus, Vermont State Police

(The wife of Cpl. Marcellus donated her son’s gift to three children in need in the

St.  Albans area in memory of her husband Dan).
